GRIGIO METRO is honored at the 5th Annual RED Awards Ceremony for Best Multi-Family Project.

Each year, Arizona Real Estate Magazine (AZRE) and its companion publication, Arizona Commercial Real Estate, honor outstanding projects and development firms as part of their annual RED (Real Estate and Development) Awards program. Grigio Metro, Gray's newest community in Tempe on the light rail, has been named the 2010 winner in the multi-family category. Even more, Ninety Degrees Paradise Ridge has been named honorable mention in the same category. Of particular significance is the fact that these are the only two awards given in the multi-family category.
